I did it! Twice around the lake!
It did take me longer than 30 minutes however. I clocked in at just under 36 minutes, to be exact. But I did it!
Week 8 Routine: Brisk 5-minute warm-up walk; 30 minutes (or 3.2 miles) of running; 5-minute cool-down walk
Angie's Notes: I have to admit, this was HARD. Going from running 28 minutes to 36 minutes might not seem like much, but it is for a beginning runner. Still, I'm proud of my accomplishment and would recommend this program to anyone.
You really CAN go from couch to 5K in 9 weeks!
